April 27 Frank Alvarez speaks at 14th Annual Julian Park Lecture Frank Alvarez, President of the Hispanic Scholarship fund,will discuss their work and how
it increases access to higher education in the Hispanic community. A large

on the work of MMEP overcoming the achievement gap and on the state of education
